The delivery time depends on the type of unit and the supplier. All terms and conditions are agreed upon in advance before the purchase.

You can inspect the unit upon receipt. If you find any serious defects, please take photos or videos, and we will arrange for a return at our expense.
Returns in the event of a defect
If a problem is detected during installation at the service center, a diagnostic report is issued. We will accept the unit back and offer a replacement or a refund.

Since we select and purchase parts specifically for each order, we require payment in advance. Before you pay, you will receive photos and videos of the part, details of its markings and condition, and a full diagnostic report.

Before shipping, we inspect the unit and send you actual photos and videos. A full diagnostic check is performed upon receipt of the item from the supplier’s warehouse, after which it is shipped to you.
